Designed as an immersive take-away counter, our space brings authentic French craftsmanship right to the heart of Central. Follow the warm, irresistible scent of freshly baked madeleines and golden beurre noisette right up towards the Mid-Levels Escalator, where every shell is baked in small batches throughout the day.
