Shipping policy

MADÉ online orders are placed for collection at our boutique. We do not post or ship parcels.

Choose your collection date at checkout, from the next day onward. Pickup hours: 11:00–20:00, daily, at our boutique — G/F, 54 Lyndhurst Terrace, Central, Hong Kong. Please bring your order confirmation.

Delivery. For orders of 60 madeleines or more, we can arrange delivery across Hong Kong through our courier partners, subject to availability. Please ask at least 48 hours ahead by email at hello@made-frenchmadeleines.com — the fee depends on the destination and is confirmed before booking.
